Dawn Food Products makes donation to Greenville Tech

Dawn Food Products of Lithia Springs, Georgia, has donated baking goods valued at more than $1,400 to the Culinary Arts program at Greenville Tech. The donated products include fondant icing, cocoa, baking cups, extracts, flour and many other items.

Donated items will be used to enhance resources for students in the Culinary Arts Technology Associate Degree in Business/Baking and Pastry Arts Concentration and in the Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate. Both of these programs are taught at the college’s new Northwest Campus located at 8109 White Horse Road.

The college’s Culinary Arts program has room to grow at Northwest and the facilities to ensure that each and every graduate is equipped to work in the finest restaurants in the country. The facility includes five new kitchens and dining rooms, a dedicated bake shop, a walk-in refrigerator, and a room designed for ice carving.
