Earth Fest 2008 comes to Greenville Tech

Earth Fest 2008 will be held at Greenville Tech on Wednesday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event, spearheaded by biology instructors, is designed to encourage students along with faculty, staff, and members of the community to be environmentally responsible.

Local earth-friendly companies and organizations will participate with products, demonstrations and information on incorporating ecologically sound behavior into everyday routines. Participants include: BMW, City of Greenville Recycling, Clean Energy, Climate Solutions/Greenville Tech HVAC, Furman Environmental Dept.,
GOFO (Greenville Organic Food Organization), Green Cleaning Supplies, Greenville County - Air Quality Awareness, Greenville Forward, Greenville Tech Biology Department, Greenville Water System, Greenville Zoo - Education Department, H Hill Farm, Habitat for Humanity, Happy Cow, M and M Dairy, Massage 4 Greenville, Michelin, Palmetto Pride, Sustaina, Trees Greenville, Upstate Forever, and US Green Building Council - SC Chapter.
