P.E.T.S. Festival comes to Greenville Tech

The P.E.T.S. Festival (Pet Education, Training, and Services), a fun event for pet owners groomers, and career seekers, will be held at Greenville Tech’s Northwest Campus on July 21, 2007, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event will include grooming competitions, a pet adopt-a-thon, kids’ activities, and food. Speakers will be Will Post of Life4K9 Dog Food, Dr. Steve Shrum of Holly Tree Animal Hospital, Curtis Hanvey of Hanvey Engineering, Danelle German of The Catty Shack, and Kay Martell of Therapy Dogs.

In addition, the festival offers an opportunity to learn about the great opportunities available in pet grooming and vet assisting careers and to sign up for the Greenville Tech classes that will take graduates there.

For information, call (864)246-7282.
