Greenville Tech wins property of the year

(Greenville, SC) -- Campus Advantage, the company that manages Greenville Tech Foundation Student Housing, has named the Greenville Tech location its Property of the Year under 500 Beds at an internal awards ceremony, the Cammy Awards.

To be eligible for this award, communities are nominated by their colleagues, and then reviewed and selected by an internal senior leadership committee. Winners are chosen based on criteria including property occupancy, financial performance vs. budget, customer feedback, owner feedback, and potential obstacles the community overcame.

Greenville Tech Foundation Student Housing, which opened in 2006, allows students to live minutes from classes on the Barton Campus. Four buildings house 121 apartments with options including 2 bedroom/2 bath, 4 bedroom/2bath, and 4 bedroom/4 bath units. Apartments are furnished and features include lockable bedrooms, living and dining space, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Campus Advantage, based in Austin, Texas, specializes in the management and development of student housing. The company currently manages 25,000 beds in over 20 markets around the country.
