Every college says it’s high quality. Here, the quality shows. How do you measure quality of education?
Small classes? Check.
Our classes are designed to give you a strong start. The average class, in fact, has just 21 students, and lecture classes average just 24 students. This size allows instructors to know you and to track your progress. So if your grades start to slip or you run into a problem, your instructors are there to take an interest and to help you through the rough spots.
Instructors who care? Check.
Our courses are taught by instructors who love the freedom of a two-year college, which allows them to concentrate on teaching rather than worrying about conducting research and getting published. They make themselves available to students before and after class so that students get the help they need to succeed.
Accredited programs? Check.
Greenville Tech is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools just as Clemson and USC are, so you know that the education you receive is a quality education. Individual programs are accredited by organizations with the highest standards including the American Bar Association, the American Culinary Federation, the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, and many others.
Transferability? Check.
Greenville Tech works closely with four-year institutions across the state and beyond to create a seamless transfer process. Greenville Tech students are welcomed by senior institutions thanks to the strong foundation for success they’ve gained with us.
Employers and four-year colleges that welcome graduates, knowing they’re well prepared? Check.
Greenville Tech enjoys an excellent relationship with area employers and with four-year universities. These relationships are strengthened by confidence in the caliber of graduate that Greenville Tech consistently produces.
Greenville Tech offers the highest quality education by any measure. That’s what makes us the college that works for so many people in the Upstate. Let us be the college that works for you, too.
