BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES
The Biology Department strives to provide a challenging curriculum that encourages critical thinking. Whether you plan a science-based career in an area such as biotechnology, nursing, or another health discipline or your career plans lie in another area, you will gain not only a strong foundation but a greater appreciation for living organisms.
Our faculty is made up of highly qualified professionals whose focus is teaching and helping students succeed in the classroom. Through lectures, labs, and research opportunities, they provide a variety of learning experiences along with one-on-one attention and a caring attitude that can make the difference in student success.
