![]() Developmental Studies The Developmental Studies Program is designed for students who need refresher or upgrade courses in English, math, reading or ESL before taking college-level courses. These classes provide an excellent starting point for students who are serious about their educational futures.
Students enjoy a variety of learning formats including lecture, video, online and computer-based classes. Students in the developmental program work in the areas of English, reading and math to develop the skills essential for college-level work. Students move into curriculum programs by completing developmental coursework with a grade of “C” or better. Scheduling is no problem for students in developmental courses – classes are held mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, enabling students to progress Developmental Disciplines Learn more about the changes to come in Developmental Studies through the US Department of Education Title III grant. |
