ENGLISH DEPARTMENT

The English Department specializes in giving students a strong educational foundation and skills in writing that will benefit them in all classes as they move through their majors.

Instructors teach courses in composition, communication, and literature with enthusiasm for the material and concern for the student’s grasp of it. Instructors provide individual attention to help each student succeed. In addition, a Writing Center staffed by members of the English faculty is available for extra help.

Eng 101 and 102 are offered as videocourses as well as in a
traditional format. The course syllabi are the same for video
