MARKETING
Marketing is an exciting profession that includes many aspects of promotion, sales, research, customer service and advertising. A person with skills and experience in marketing can apply his or her knowledge in any business or industry in the world. There is so much opportunity and no limit to the potential for promotion or salary. The majority of business leaders got their start in a marketing-related field.
Greenville Tech’s nationally accredited Marketing program gives students knowledge of basic and sophisticated marketing strategies and their relationship to other business functions. Fundamental courses focus on business skills including accounting,
management, business law and computers.
Careers in Marketing
Opportunities for graduates of the Marketing curriculum include careers in advertising
agencies, business-to-business sales, consumer sales, financial institutions, merchandising, retail stores,
service companies and
marketing research.

Marketing Associate Degree –
Accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business
Schools and Programs (ACBSP)
Currently, transfer agreements are in place with Southern Wesleyan University, Strayer University, Webster University and Limestone College. Select courses will transfer to the Furman University Undergraduate Studies Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree. In addition, a transfer agreement is in place with Franklin University where a bachelor's degree may be earned online.
