The Associate Vice President for Human Resources provides strategic leadership and management for the college's human resource related functions and is administratively responsible for its strategic imperative initiative that targets continuous employee development. The human resources department provides consultation and services related to organizational design, performance management, employment, employee relations, payroll, and salary and benefits administration.
