Current High School Students
- Submit SAT or ACT scores. Minimum to waive placement testing:
- SAT - Critical Reading (previously Verbal) & Math scores of 480 each.
- ACT - English and Math scores of 19 each
- If no qualifying SAT/ACT/AP scores are available, placement testing is
required. Come in and test as soon as possible. Click here for
Placement Testing Schedule. Out-of-state applicants who wish to take
the Internet version of the placement test, contact Sharyn Phillips.
- Qualifying SAT/ACT test scores are valid for three (3) years from test
date.
- Submit any Advanced Placement scores.
- Provide high school transcript after graduation. Click here for Transcript
Request Form.
- Following placement testing, or after providing qualifying SAT/ACT/AP scores,
you may register for classes during registration period.
- Allied Health and Nursing majors must attend a Career Talk session.

High School Graduates or GED
- Provide official high school transcript, diploma, or GED certificate or scores.
If proof of high school graduation is not readily available, follow procedure
until document is received in the Admissions office. Click here for
Transcript Request Form.

advising. Submit transcript(s) in person, or mail to the Admissions Office.

- Students must meet pre-requisite requirements for any course to be taken.
- Request official college transcript(s) to be sent to the mailing address above.

advising. Submit transcript(s) in person, or mail to the Admissions office.
- If there are no previous college credits or qualifying SAT/ACT scores,
placement testing is required for the course(s)to be taken. Click here for

- Transient students - students taking course(s) while currently a student at a
parent school must also submit a permission letter from the parent college,
and submit a letter of permission if a third party will register on behalf of the
student.
- PRNT - post RN students submit application only.
