Our Building Service Technician certificate gives you a career in a year, working for an apartment complex or building to maintain both the interior and the exterior including appliances, electrical needs, heat and air conditioning systems and more.

Looking for a high paying specialty? Masons are in big demand. With Greenville Tech’s five-course Masonry certificate, you can take building with bricks to an art form, working in residential or commercial construction. If you’ve called a plumber lately, you know they have plenty of work and their rates reflect that demand. Our six-course Plumbing certificate covers everything you need to join their ranks, from codes to methods, practices and repairs.

Careers
Graduates have the opportunity to be self-employed or to work for a company in residential, light commercial, and some industrial construction. Graduates enter the trade in advanced positions including management trainees or construction managers’ assistants. With experience, graduates go on to become assistant managers, construction managers, general superintendents, cost estimators, construction building inspectors, general managers, top executives, contractors, consultants, or to own their own businesses. They command high salaries, starting at around $19 an hour and advancing quickly.
