Greenville Tech offers free ultrasound scans as part of the college’s Ultrasonography training program. Labs are held so that students may improve their scanning skills. The scan is performed by a student with direct supervision from a registered and highly qualified instructor.
 
Interested parents should note:
 
• Scanning labs are for pregnant mothers between 19-33 weeks gestational age.
 
• Written approval from the primary OB physician is required.
 
• Labs are for training purposes only and will in no way be a substitute for an official ultrasound examination ordered by the physician.
 
• A release form must be signed prior to the scan.
