Family and guests will enter the TD Convention Center from all entrances and follow the signs to Level 2 Ballroom. Additional seating, 202B will be available across from the Ballroom to view the ceremony on closed circuit broadcast. We ask that all family and guests be seated by 10:30 a.m. to help ensure that the ceremony begins on time. Processional of Graduates begins promptly at 10:45 a.m. Family and Guests needing special handicapped seating, see a Convention Center staff. Note: Areas are marked where graduates are lined up and will not be accessible to family/guests. Doors will remain closed during the processional and for all family/guests that arrived late, seating will be available in 202B. Following the ceremony, the graduates are invited to gather with family and guests outside in the Lobby Area.
You do not need tickets to gain admission to the ceremony.
The ceremony will last approximately two hours. Please remain seated until all graduates and faculty/staff have exited at the end of the ceremony.
Applause: Family/ guests are invited to stand in recognition of graduate achievement. Whistling, cheering, and boisterous behavior are considered inappropriate. Applause is reserved after all diplomas, certificates, and degrees have been awarded, all graduates will be applauded.

Children are welcome but please note the ceremony is not designed to keep the attention of young children. If necessary, please make child-care arrangements or sit where exits are nearby for quick exiting when children become restless and uncomfortable with the ceremony.
