Student Holds and Restrictions

A "Hold" is placed on a student's academic record when an outstanding obligation, monetary or material, occurs. The Hold is released when the obligation has been satisfactorily met.

Any person who has a Hold placed on their record will not be allowed to register, receive transcripts, or receive any other services from the college until the Hold is released.

To help you understand the meaning and possible solution to these issues, consult the Registration restrictions and solutions.
