Completion of the online orientation and a Planning and Advising for Student Success (PASS) session is required before new students can register for classes.

After this introduction, you’ll feel confident about starting classes and ready to succeed in college.

What do I do?

Complete Orientation and PASS

Orientation will help you become more familiar with the college and learn about all of the services available to help you.

When you have received your acceptance letter and completed placement testing or submitted valid scores or transfer credit (Step 4), you will be able to go to GTC4me (login required) and access the online orientation.

If you are a Transient visiting student, ESL student, Career Development student, Early College student, or a new student with questions or issues, you will proceed in the process by visiting the Orientation Center at the Admissions and Registration Center.

Then during your PASS session, you will meet with an advisor and/or program faculty to discuss a plan for your academic goals. Once your plan is complete, you will be ready to register for classes.

Register for Classes

Once you have attended the PASS experience, you will be able to log into Student Planning (accessed from GTC4me) to register for classes during open registration. You can choose the section you want for each class, then register for the class.
