In October 2008, Greenville Technical College received a 1.9 million dollar Title III Strengthening Institutions grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Through this project, Greenville Tech faculty, administration, staff, and support services are collaborating to unlock the future of our students and their education at Greenville Tech and beyond.

Providing Developmental Studies students with keys for enhanced learning, educational relationships, and support services driven by faculty through collaboration, curriculum design and professional development.

Vision Statement: 

To unlock learning opportunities that increase achievement, persistence, and retention of Developmental Studies students.
 

Key Activities: 

• reforming the way we teach our developmental studies classes 
• restructuring the delivery of student support services for developmental studies students  
• providing professional development to support faculty and staff as they incorporate these efforts
