Learn best practices for implementing problem solving and process improvement within an organization based on Lean Six Sigma. Get introduced to basic terms, metrics and approaches including well-known DMAIC. Understand executive and management roles and responsibilities in improvement. Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion / Project Sponsor Training
up to 24 hours
Workshop guides participants in both Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion and Project Sponsor roles. Understand best practices in leading an organization’s deployment of Lean Six Sigma or other improvement initiatives and how to provide management support for specific projects. Training includes identification, selection and management of multiple improvement projects across an organization.
