Welding Options

Welding is a special skill with unique needs.  We offer several options in welding to meet those unique needs.

Students must wear leather boots, blue jeans and a long sleeve cotton shirt to all classes. 

  • Welding - Introduction to Welding   
    This is an introductory course designed for the beginning student welder to familiarize them with the welding trade and safety practices. Perfect if you want to learn how to safely and effectively use Mig (GMAW) and stick (SMAW). 
    Students must wear leather boots, blue jeans and a long sleeve cotton shirt. Safety equipment is provided for use during the class.
  • Welding Refresher Booth Rental   
    Rent a welding booth to refresh your skills or prepare for an upcoming welding exam or job interview. Students must wear leather boots, blue jeans and a long sleeve cotton shirt. 
  • Welding Process Qualification 
    We can provide qualification for a new welding process. This qualification aids companies by qualifying a process to meet customer demands. Please contact Terrance Shearn for pricing. Students must wear leather boots, blue jeans and a long sleeve cotton shirt. 
  • Welding Operator Qualification 
    We can qualify that welders successfully meet a welding process.  The qualification process is typically up to 8 hours. This service is typically available on Fridays.  Minimum of 2 individuals are needed to provide this service on a given day. Students must wear leather boots, blue jeans and a long sleeve cotton shirt.
