SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT COVID19 COURSE AVAILABILITY:  We are moving as many courses as possible to alternate modes of delivery while COVID19 social distancing measures are in place.  For certification courses, we are working with state and federal regulatory agencies to obtain approval for alternate course delivery methods of instruction where possible.  We are offering three different modes of delivery:

  • Online - The course is completely online and can be taken anytime.  Instructors will provide guidance and feedback in response to student inquiries.
  • Virtual - Sometimes referred to as "remote delivery," students must log in to these courses during the specific date and time and the instructor will deliver a live/real-time presentation.  For certification courses, students must have a webcam to participate in the training.  This mode of delivery has been approved by SC-DHEC and AL SafeState for our asbestos refresher courses during COVID19 closures.
  • Hybrid - Sometimes referred to as "blended," this mode of delivery includes both online and face-to-face components.  By offering as much of the course as possible online and only teaching the hand-on training in a face-to-face lab, we can limit time needed for face-to-face classroom delivery. 

While some virtual and hybrid courses allow you to use a phone to call in, your experience will be much better if you have a computer with audio and webcam capabilities when logging in to your course.
