This is a closed group that will run 4 weeks. The issues and concerns during college for young adult females; navigating the relationships developed during college (instructor, personal, peer/classmate), etc.
Tuesdays, 12:15-1:15 p.m.

Empowering 1st Generation College Students (FGCS)

This is a closed group that will run 4 weeks. In each session, we will discuss barriers related to college transition from high school; Provide a platform for FGCS to discuss issues they encounter and teach them to advocate for themselves; Explore various resources on campus to help ease the transition (such as groups, clubs, and support services); and Build a community among FGCS.

Expressive Art Therapy Group – Exploring Who You Are

This is a closed group that will run 4 weeks. In each session we will use and process an art intervention to better understand and accept ourselves, our emotions, our past and how it has shaped us for who we are today.
Thursdays at 2:15 p.m.
