Greenville Technical College's Spring Commencement Ceremony is scheduled for Friday, May 5, 2023, at the Greenville Convention Center, One Exposition Drive, Greenville. In order to participate, candidates must complete the Graduation Participation Application. Participants will receive email communication by the second week in March, letting them know what time their program's ceremony will be held. Email Graduation@gvltec.edu with any questions about graduation.
Ceremony participants will receive priority graduation. All graduates who do not participate in the ceremony can expect to be graduated 3 to 6 weeks after the end of the term and will receive an email to their GTC email account with instructions about picking up their awards.
In order to be considered for graduation, a student must be active in a program, meet program requirements, and must be enrolled in at least one class for the current term.
If you wish to take courses after being graduated from a program, you may need to declare a new program. To do so, please submit a Program Change form to the Student Records Office.
Graduation candidates who do not meet the requirements for graduation will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony and will be notified via their GTC Gmail account.
For more information about the graduation policy, please refer to the Greenville Technical College Student Handbook.
