The GTC Upstate Returning Citizens Programs provides case management activities to remove barriers for citizens who are transitioning from the criminal justice system to productive lives within the community. It provides support to help ex-offenders overcome criminal backgrounds, learn skills that can enhance career readiness, gain conflict resolution and anger management knowledge and prepare to enter Greenville Technical College’s Quick Jobs with a Future Program, which provides job skills, usually in 90 days or less.
The program is a partnership between Greenville Technical College and the Phillis Wheatley Community Center, and we share the commitment to providing the support necessary to help those who have paid their debt to society become productive citizens.

Quick Connections helps new and returning students make a smooth transition into higher education. Perhaps you left school years ago to raise children or entered the workforce immediately after graduating.
