It is the policy of Greenville Technical College to cooperate with businesses, organizations, or individuals in the use of its buildings and facilities for public service events and private projects. While the primary use of these facilities must remain to support the instructional programs of the college, the facilities will be available for activities that are consistent with the mission of the college.
Barton Campus

The University Transfer Auditorium seats 220 people and is best suited for speakers with visual presentations. Because it is primarily used for GTC classes and theatre class rehearsals, the space is available to the public on a limited basis.

Northwest Campus

Heritage Hall accommodates up to 300 people. It is used for conferences and a variety of functions. It’s available Monday-Friday.

Center for Manufacturing Innovation (CMI)
575 Millennium Blvd.
The John I. Smith Charities Multipurpose Room accommodates up to 110 without tables and 80 with chairs and tables. This space is used Monday-Friday for training sessions, workshops, meetings and seminars. Rental includes flexible room set-up configurations, use of a catering kitchen, reception/concierge service, Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment (projectors, wireless mics, room cameras, air media).
