Important change to your 1098T form

The numbers you see on your 1098T form may look different this year.  That’s because colleges and universities are now required to report different information to the IRS.

GTC announces holiday hours

While most of the college is closed between Dec. 19 - Jan. 1, several offices in the Admissions and Registration Center (ARC) are open Dec. 19-20 to assist current and future students.

New Persistence Scholarship to help cover cost of Spring Semester

Three GTC students will be awarded a $3,000 scholarship for the Spring Semester on Jan. 11, 2019, thanks to new funding from the Greenville Tech Foundation. To be eligible, current GTC students must complete the spring registration process by Jan. 6.

Moorefield named Professional of the Year

Jennifer Moorefield, associate vice president for the Economic Development and Corporate Training (EDCT) division at Greenville Technical College, has been selected by the South Carolina Association for Higher Continuing Education as the 2018 Outstanding CE Professional of the Year.

Edwards and Hix named faculty fellows at Greenville Technical College

Dr. Lee Edwards and Dr. Kathryn Hix have been appointed as Faculty Fellows for Greenville Technical College. The Faculty Fellows serve as a resource to faculty and staff for curriculum development, course and program design, instructional methodology, professional development, and assessment processes.

Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Night coming to Fluor Field

The Greenville Drive, BMW, Hubbell Lighting, and Greenville Technical College will host Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Night at Fluor Field on Monday, July 30. The goal of the event is to bring awareness to students and parents across the Upstate about the unique work experience and exciting career opportunities that are available in the rapidly changing world of advanced manufacturing and engineering.
